Creating similar elements

When you create elements via the shortcut menu, the elements are given the settings of the element you clicked.

To create similar elements with the shortcut menu

• No tool is activated.

1. Right-click the element.
2. Click the tool at the top of the shortcut menu.

   You can now create similar elements; the settings in the Properties palette and the Properties remain unchanged.

To create similar elements with the same settings

• No tool is activated.

1. Double-click the element with the right mouse button.

   You can now create elements of the same type; the parameters of the selected element will be transferred to the Properties palette and the Properties.

   Note: If the selected element has a layer that is visible, frozen, the layer status will be set to Current.

   Note: Depending on the Behavior when double-clicking the right mouse button setting in the Options - Desktop environment - Mouse and crosshairs page - Mouse area, the settings transferred to the Properties palette will be reset to their previous state after the element has been created.
