Serviceplus customers

Serviceplus customers are entitled to professional and free support - even on Saturdays and on public holidays not observed throughout Germany. From Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. – our staff are on hand to answer your questions by telephone.

Customers without Serviceplus contracts can consult the FAQ database ("frequently asked questions") in Allplan Connect or scan the user forum for solutions.
