Making TAI files available

TAI files (mb* files) contain data created graphically by quantity takeoff operations in the CAD program. This function copies TAI files to the folder for communicating with TAI and converts these files to Windows format.

Note: You must define the path in Interfaces - Folder for communicating with TAI.

To make TAI data available

1. Click Interfaces - Make TAI files available.
2. The program issues a warning: by clicking OK, you delete all the data in the folder for communicating with TAI.
3. Select the project with the "mb*" files you want to convert and click OK.
4. The system copies the files to the folder for communicating with TAI.
   The operation is complete when you see the following message:
   TAI files were copied to ..\Users\Windows_user_name\AppData\Local\Allplan\2016\Exchange.
