New default setting for wall

We changed the default setting for the Wall tool. You will see this new setting when you open the wall dialog box after having installed Allplan for the first time or carried out the hotline tool cleanup.
The new default setting is a wall with two layers: 24 cm reinforced concrete and 16 cm insulation.
