Distributing updates to all the users within a workgroup

The Allplan administrator can distribute updates to all the computers within the workgroup. As a result, the next time Allplan starts, it will install the updates. Thus, the Allplan administrator can make sure that all the computers within the workgroup run the same version of Allplan.

To distribute updates to all the users within a workgroup

1. On the ? menu, click Update Allplan.

   The Allplan update settings dialog box opens.

2. Click Distribute....

   Note: You can select the Distribute... button only if you have downloaded but not yet distributed an update.

3. Click the link to see the release notes on the update.
4. Click OK.
