Use design entities as bars

Mark number

Use this to set mark number. The highest possible mark number possible is 9999.

Diameter and the corresponding buttons / /

Use this to assign a cross-section diameter to the bar.

Steel grade

Use this to select the reinforcing steel grade.

Met to specify whether fitted bars or bars per meter are created:

• When Met is *Off*, fitted bars are created. When the length of the design entities exceeds the support length specified for SupLen, the program creates several bars with the longitudinal overlap set.
  The Length factor has no effect on fitted bars.
• When Met is *On*, bars per meter are created. To take lap joints into account, specify a length factor in the LFact box by which the bar length is multiplied.
  The Support length and Longitudinal overlap have no effect on bars created per meter.
