Symbols library rearranged

The symbols library has been rearranged and expanded. In conjunction with the Library palette you can now fully exploit these benefits.

New symbols are created directly in the Library palette, where they are also managed (copied, moved, renamed and so on).

Symbol catalogs from earlier versions

When you upgrade, the symbol catalogs from earlier versions are moved to the \std\sym_legacy folder.
