Background settings for the animation window

Tool(s): Surface Settings

You can set the background color for the animation window here and/or select a bitmap that you want to display (centered) as the animation windows' backdrop.

To set the background of the animation window

1. Click Surface Settings (How).
   

   Activate Surface Settings in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Modify Presentation Animation

   • Palette: Tools Change area in the following module(s):

   Animation

   • Configuration: Design Animation Settings flyout

   The Define (Colors of) Surfaces dialog box opens.

2. To set the background color, do the following:
   • Click the Background color button.
   • Select a new background color in the Select RGB Color dialog box and click OK to confirm your settings.
3. To select a bitmap that you want to display as the animation windows' backdrop, do the following:
   • Click the Background bitmap button.
   • Select a bitmap in the Open File dialog box and click Open to confirm your settings.
4. To apply your entries, confirm the Define (Colors of) Surfaces dialog box by clicking OK.
