Allplan User Administration dialog box

You can create new Allplan users, change the properties of an existing user and delete users in the Allplan User Administration dialog box. These tools are available on the shortcut menu. You only need to enter the email address and the password if the user is not part of the workgroup but is to access online projects.

User name

You can enter the Allplan user name. This name must conform to ISO 9660 (a maximum of 8 characters, no special characters).

Windows user name

You can enter the Windows user name.

User ID

You can see the user ID. The user ID is automatically assigned and cannot be changed.

User folder

You can specify the computer where the user folder is to reside.

User group

You can specify whether the user is to belong to the Administrator or User group.

Email address

You can specify the email address of the user. This email address is required so that a user who is not a member of the workgroup can open an online project.

Password

You can enter the password for the user. Using this password and the email address, a user who is not a member of the workgroup can open an online project.

Repeat password

You need to repeat the password for the user.
