Linking general catalog system

You can connect a general catalog system with Allplan by selecting the relevant DLL.

You can then select materials from this catalog system using the Catalog Assignment option in Allplan.

As an example, the NemUserKatalog.dll comes with Allplan.

To connect a catalog system with Allplan

• An appropriate DLL must exist, preferably in Allplan's \prg folder.

1. In the Services application, click DXF/DWG, Link general catalog system.
2. Select the folder with the DLL for the catalog system.
3. Select the DLL (for example, NemUserKatalog.dll) and click OK to confirm.

   Allplan presents the relevant catalog (or example, user_kat) for Catalog Assignment and you can use it to select materials.
