Time check
If you have a license that expires after a certain period (e.g. student version, trial copy etc.) and you have inadvertently changed the system time at your computer, it may be possible that the CAD program no longer starts. In this case, you can synchronize the system time with the CAS once.
License check
Clicking the Code - Entry button opens a dialog box in which you can enter the code. If the server is still missing information for a valid license, then it has to be entered here. This includes, for example: the customer number or a key confirmed by Nemetschek.
Check hardlock - license file combination
You can select a series of files and then check whether they match the hardlock that is connected to the computer. The appropriate files are displayed.
Initialize
This returns a detailed error message if the hardlock is not responding correctly.
(e.g., Service not running, No hardlock found, Incorrect driver version, etc )
Memory
The system checks whether the hardlock connected to the computer has a memory option.
Exit
Terminates communication with the hardlock.
Specify search order...
This is where you define the port at which the hardlock driver looks for the hardlock. You can also define a specific order by entering several ports.
This setting only applies to the current version of Allplan, other programs are not affected.
Install hardlock driver
Here, you can install the driver and the service for the hardlock. The current program CD must be available in order to do this.
