You can select a printer to be used to print ASCII text, such as the numerical output of FEA results or "to printer" output from the Services application.

To configure a printer for the Services application

1. Start the Services application and click Configuration - Printer for Services application.

   You can see a selection dialog box listing all the printers set up in the Windows Printer Manager (locally or on the network).

2. Select the printer you need. This printer must have been configured in the Windows Printer Manager.
   
   If the desired printer is not included in the list, select Other Printer and enter the name of the printer you want to use. This printer and your computer must be connected to the same network.
   
   Make sure that you correctly type in the name of the printer. For example, if you want to use the printer 'Laser' at the server 'CAD1', type in: \\CAD1\Laser.
3. Click OK.
