Downloading and uploading data to Nemetschek’s Technical Support

An FTP server is available for downloading and uploading data to Nemetschek’s Technical Support. The download area provides the latest Hotfixes, for example. Upon request Nemetschek’s Technical Support will create a folder for you in the Upload area so that you can upload data to Nemetschek’s FTP server. This data can only be accessed, saved and deleted by Nemetschek employees.

To access the FTP server, you can use your browser or an FTP client program.
